Warming drawers, soup or gravy pots, steam tables and heated baths are among the many types of hot holding equipment that can be set up for automated monitoring. Food grade probes are placed directly within the food or equipment and continuously report on the temperature.
Since most hot holds are only active during operating hours, we customize the schedule for hot hold monitoring. This means that you will only receive alerts for out of range temperatures during the times in which it matters.
